Hello All,

I was creating a document with 26 chapters, one for each letter of the
alphabet. So chapter one is A, chapter two is B etc.

Then I created a masterpage for them to use. On the odd side on the right
edge I made a black box that contains the chapter name.

The thing is, I would like the box to move down the page with each chapter,
so that chapter A thumb is at the top, the B thumb is right below that and
so on. Now aside from creating 26 masterpage, each with the letter in the
proper spot, does anyone know of a way this can be done? I could create a
script that moved the box, but then that would affect all the chapters.

One thing I noticed, which I'm not sure if this happens in 4.0, is when
working on a masterpage, I select add page guide, PGS only adds the guide to
the right hand page, and seems to ignore the page side cycle switch in the
requester.
