I have spent the night in a B&B, but while traveling by bicycle... so I'm not sure if I'm hostel or not
I had some pretty bizzare problems installing 4.0.
I did all the creating directories that have been mentioned here before running the installer. I had Pagestream 2.x installed in a directory called "Pagestream2" and 3.x installed in a directory called "Pagestream3". The installer installed Pagestream4 into the Pagestream2 directory. It didn't look like a complete install, there were no icons. I renamed "Pagestream2" to "PS2" and tried installing again. The installer put it in the PS2 directory! I dragged PS2 into the trashcan. The installer put it in trashcan/PS2! I finally deleted PS2 and everything installed pretty much OK (I can't remember if the Icons were all there... I think not.).
Wierd how it followed that directory around even with name changes and relocation.
Now to learn how to use it. I had 2.x that a friend gave me when he got rid of his Amiga 500 and switched to Mac, but about all I did with it was make some flyers to advertize dances. Now I want to do some fairly simple things like covers for CDs and xmas cards. Are there any example files around?
