I bought PGS4 beginning this year from Haage & Partner, and after asking
them I was told that for H&P customers it is not possible to download new
PageStream versions fromhttp://www.softlogik.com, but only from their site.
I tried this and yes, it wouldn't let me in. The r5 patch was available from
the H&P site at some point. Since then, I found out that both the CD they
sent me and the r5 they offered did not contain the help files and v4
features files, which (I learned from this ML) are in a bigger archive on
your secure site. Having paid for PGS4, I would really like to be able to
download new versions from your site and would also like the help files and
the v4 feature files. About a week ago I contacted H&P, but have received no
reply since. If I e-mail you my name and reg.no., can you enable acces for
me to the SoftLogik site?

same here, but when I sent deron the reg.nr. I got the acces to the
softlogik site.
H&P is very slow in replying, if they do at all.

SUGGESTION TO DERON:

Why not put the help files on the unsecure site?

Yes, but I would need your name, address, and registration number, and some
sort of proof of purchase (if you don't have it, I can get it from H&P).
