I have noticed something about the Magnification Toggle Feature of
PageStream4 Amiga. Recalling: You can toggle between the two most recent
magnifications you have used by holding down the shift key while you
click on the gadget showing the current magnification. What I have
additionally noticed is that if you click and move away from the gadget,
when PageStream returns to the other magnification, it will center the
document in your window while, if you click and keep the pointer over
the gadget, PageStream will return to the previous magnification *and*
return the window to the last position you were at while you were using
that magnification.

I discovered this while making some slight corrections to a piece of my
artwork created in PageStream. Nifty Feature (TM), I think. ;)

I can't account for why this might do this, but if it does, don't get too
attached to it. It would be a _very_ unusual behaviour.

A slightly better explanation on my part might be that if you move the
pointer off of the button *before* releasing the mouse button, the
window will be centered on the document, if you do *not* move the mouse
pointer before releasing the mouse button, the window will be returned
to the position associated with the previous magnification as well as
returning to that magnification. Depending on how the functions that
read the mouse information work, there would be a difference in the
information fed out by those functions between moving the mouse that
quickly and not doing so.
