I am using a 68k Mac., PGS 4.0r7 and an HP DeskJet 850c printer.

Maybe it's the Mac OS version? 8.6 here.

It happens for me with OS 8.5, 8.6, 9.0.4

We should look into Chooser program used for printing, and settings
for printer, but I don't have the time right now.

The problem is a postscript problem as far as I am aware, so won't effect
those with non-ps printers.
