The startup-sequence assigns T: to RAM:T. Before you save that temporary file, use Execute Command to ASSIGN >NIL: T: <path and drawer desired>. When you've completed the job, you may want to use Execute Command to ASSIGN >NIL: T: RAM:T to put it back to the preferred configuration.
If you are running programs other than PageStream and BME, reassigning T: may create a conflict with them if they're using T:.
