Hi

Just a qwik question:

When use BME, how to set up to save temporary file Instead to
T:HotLinkedArticle (and T: is in RAMSmile to HardDisk?

In case of power 'off' (that happens very often in my 'country' :]
I'd like to have temporary file saved on HD.

Any ideas?

Kind regards

The startup-sequence assigns T: to RAM:T. Before you save that
temporary file, use Execute Command to ASSIGN >NIL: T: <path and drawer
desired>. When you've completed the job, you may want to use Execute
Command to ASSIGN >NIL: T: RAM:T to put it back to the preferred
configuration.

If you are running programs other than PageStream and BME, reassigning
T: may create a conflict with them if they're using T:.

Nope, but have you looked in its preferences? And I can highly
recommend an UPS to avoid power problems.

I think I'll buy that UPS... Power keeps getting ON and OFF very very often
here. This way my mate's Amiga is burned Sad I'm happy to see my Amiga still
keep & running :]
