This was something that used to bug me a lot in the past. I don't know if this
will help in your case but what I discovered was to do with styles. Check into
any/every reference to styles either ones you have defined or the default one.
You may find as I did that the unwanted reference is therein defined. And of
course the styles are embedded in the document.
