Thanks for the help, but I'm still having problems. In system preferences I checked the box to include system fronts and it shows "Windows/fronts" as the default folder. when I import text (in this case the font I want is Garamond), it says it's Garamond displayed at Arial. It also prints as Arial. Garamond does not show up in the font list in PgS.

What now?

I hope this helps:
You've added: C:\Windows\fonts" in System Preferences.
But did you save this also?

Another try: You have: C:\Windows\fonts in System Preferences. Now do an
Update, when selecting the C:\Windows\fonts (blue with white
characters). Than Save it.
For what it is worth: I did deselect, not select, Include System Fonts!

just FYI, starting with Vista and including Windows 7, the checkbox "Use System Fonts" doesn't (effectively) do anything.
