Hello Tim and Theo,

In the past, I only used PageStream for 1-3 page documents with little
formatting. I never used the "send to editor" feature and didn't realize
that the formatting codes were sent to the editor. That should help get
things under control. The large document I am working on was written by
someone else so I am unsure about the formatting/styles and how they are
used.

In case you aren't aware, in addition to seeing what styles are available via the style palette you can see what styles are actually *used* by the document using the menu Layout > Report…
