So you are running PGS from your c-harddisk? Why you want to do this?
You can place PGS anywhere. So, why not on your d-harddisk (or e, or f, or even USB -stick) ?
Now you don't need permissions whatsoever.

You can place your documents, script, graphics folders also anywhere but the c-drive.
