Hi there,

-I have some strange effects with PS-files when I write a cmyk file for our
printer office. The generated PS-files always didnt contain the C M Y K
marks. No program (mac or pc) was able to read the files correctly the c m y
k marks have to be set manually. The ps-files was basically ok and seperated
into cmyk only the programs cant read which of the parts is the cyan ,
magenta aso. one.

- Another problem i have had was confused or better wrong placed gfx in
larger-pdf files when using double-side documents. Always bigger gfx which
is place near the right side of the left page is mis-placed after writing a
pdf file. I have a sample 6MB uploaded
www.titancomputer.de/mac/aliennations/download/anhandbook.pdf
see pages 20/40 and 46

- and finally Smile when I set the printers-marks the color-scale is to close
to
gfx data when you have a cutline of3-5 mm its half under the gfx

System used: A4000 PPC 060 128MB RAM, CyberVisionPPC OS3.9 Pagestream 4.0r9

I'm not clear here what the problem is. The CMYK marks are only placed when
"print cropmarks" is enabled in the print requester/dialog. Also, what was
the problem trying to read the files in another application, and why were
you doing it?

I'm downloading in hopes of understanding what the problem is.

If your graphic is extending off the page, you can crop it to (but still
leave it lie over the edge some) so that it doesn't overlap the
printermarks underneath.
