I am using version 4.1.5.5

Fill a page with a column full of text. Place a big (i.e. 10 x 8 cm) rectangle over the text.
Set the text wrap as "flow around shape" mode "5" (all around) and set the horizontal and vertical offsets at about 2 cm (approx. one inch). Yes, it is a very large amount, but in this manner the problem is well shown.

The text flows plain as requested.

Now rotate the rectangle and you will see the text very near the rectangle border, not at 2cm as requested, and two blank "columns" at the corners, 2cm hight (at the right distance, as requested).
If you'll rotate the rectangle clockwise ( -5, -10 ... degrees) the two "blank columns" are attached to the upper-left and to the lower-right rectangle's corners.

This error is noticeable for pictures/mages, circles (without rotating) and poligons too.
