Hello folks!
I uploaded these files this last weekend, but forgot to mention it to anyone (It has been a long week and good and bad ways!)
These are "final" releases of 4.1.5 for Amiga and Windows. I've also uploaded new versions of Windows 3.4 and Windows 4.0 which includes all the latest Windows improvements including flyout tools.
Hope you enjoy them!
For the poor Mac users who are wondering what the heck is going on, I've had to give up on Mac development while my computer gets repaired. I am also looking on eBay for a replacement. Something reasonably priced that will also run OSX that the office can then have when my other computer gets repaired. I am hoping this explains all the trouble I have had with the debugger and testing PageStream. I never run anything large except the compiler, text editor, and PageStream on the Mac normally so PageStream was the stress tester.
Anyway, good news for the Linux development. The basics are done, and I am collaborating with the developer in trying to find a decent solution for the display/print/text situation on Linux. If anyone has any specific knowledge on this let me know. I expect public versions to be available this weekend or early next week (but without printing support). I have a couple of works in progress for display/print/text (DisplayLibrary) and will include the best I have at that time. I should get an update this weekend with me feedback from this week addressed to some degrees. Also, to encourage folks to help test, anyone who purchases the Linux update before the final release is also going to get the TextFX module at no charge.
Of course, this is not the end of Amiga and Windows development. I am forever trying to track down issues forwarded to me, and once the smoke clears on the Linux version we can start working on 4.1.6 (with PDF font embedding and Word filter .
Enjoy!
