Hi Deron
I typed a simple test doc into Word 2002 to test font attributes,
size and colour and everything loaded in correctly except for the
first line (which read "This is 12 point"). This was replaced by a
blank line. On editing in Pageliner, the line was not there (I
thought at first it might be in white ink!) but on reading the
original Word doc in DOpus4 the line WAS there in the Word doc. I'll
try again and see if I get the same result.
Regards
Brian

OK,

If you can, in Word 2002, try loading and saving the file to another file
(that will make it a full save, instead of a fast save file). Try importing
that and see if it fixes anything.

Either way, if you can send the file to me at support@grasshopperllc.com
and I'll take a look at it.

Thanks!
