Hello Amiga fans,

First, sorry for the great delays in getting the 5.0 testing done and
getting it released. My last round of troubles include a dead Pegasos II. I
had to recompile this test under SAS/C under Amithlon. (In fact, if anyone
knows about troubleshooting PII drop me a note at
support@grasshopperllc.com.) I've posted this to the Amiga Beta list and in
the main support list if you are not a member of the PageStream Amiga list
already.

Anyway, these are test files for OS library, the first of 4 libraries
needed to make PageStream5.0 function. The 4 libraries are OS, RSRC, APP
and DISPLAY and they build on each other in that order.

After downloading this archive, you can either put this into an existing
installation, or better yet create a new folder named PageStream5 with a
subfolder of SoftLogik and a subfolder of Libs inside of that. Put OSTest
into the PageStream5 folder, and SoftLogikOS.library in the Libs folder.
Then of course assign pagestream: to the full path of the pagestream5
folder and softlogik: to pagestream:softlogik.

Run OSTest from a cli. It should output a few simple lines and most
importantly, NOT CRASH! If you can run this with in debuging tools that you
are familiar with that would be great. Please report your findings on the
PageStream Amiga Beta list.

If this works well (which I think it will), I'll be posting a new test in a
few days. Also, if enough folks want, I'll upload these test files to the
MOS and OS4 sections. Once I get the PII back up, I'll post the MOS PPC
specific version of this test. Still waiting for the A1 to arrive...
