Yes, I can print pages 1-5 if I would like to. I have a Canon LBP-1760
Lazer printer with a duplex module added. If I try to print the full manual
I get this output:

blah blah blah etc...
I have lots of chapters in this ½ in thick manual also. 128megs of ram
also.
