I followed the instructions with the ostest download from the AmigaOS4
section of downloads. When I ran the program, it just reported back
[cli 1] and terminated. There was no crash or other output.

I am running the current version of AmigaOS 4 Prerelease, including
the installation of update 3.

Thanks for developing a version of my favorite Amiga program for
AmigaOS 4.
