hi deron.

- the font requesters work much better now - thanks!
- the font replacement requester still is more or less empty
(source font).
- for chosing a font there exists a cycle button in the edit palette
and in the different font requesters. please replace this onw with
a popup choser. you usually have "some" fonts installed and with
more than, lets say 20, a cycle gadget is not very good. here the
cycle gadget fills almost the complete screen (vertically AND
horizontally)

Unless I've missed it somewhere, the cycle/popup MUI gadget is the closest
equivalent to our old popups.

yes. but remember the first public os4 beta version? you did not
use cycle gadgets there but sort of input fields with a popup
button which let you select from a list. in general cycle gadgets with
more than 20 entries or so should be avoided. for fixed values this is
fine but for variable entires like the font list i'd prefer a real
scrollable list.

i can send you a screenshot how it look currently. crazy! with a
smaller screen resolution the gadget will not fit at all. i wonder
what would happen then? maybe o should test it Smile well, i will...

just uploaded it to the files section. a notice should pup up
immediately.

screenmode was 800x600. loads of fonts. have a look.
with my standard 1280x1024 it look only a little bit better.
this must not happen imho.
