maybe sort of a reminder

- when quitting pagestream i still cannot open it on its own screen a
second time! i investigated this and it really seems to be the case that the
first instance is not "freed" completely:
- start pagestream a first time. go to it's mui prefs and store them.
-> you'll get the file "PAGESTREAM.1.prefs" in env:mui/,
- quit pagestream
- start pagestream again, go to the prefs and agaon store them (you can also
"use" them in both cases.
-> you'll get the file "PAGESTREAM.2.prefs" in env:mui/ now! this indicates
a second instance.

- many labels in the gui (especially checkbox labels) still use wrong background
colors. have a look at the "new document", the labels "landscape" and "double
sided" are white/grey here. the "facing pages" labes is blue. all the other
labels in the window are correct. i'm still sure that you must not set the
background of labels explicitely. this will be handled by mui automatically
(transparent).

- the horizonal scroller of the document window is not inside the window border
like the vertical one? strange and actually looks ugly in my opinion.

- using the scrollers in the document window still does not refresh the display
properly. pressing f10 after scrolling works

- if the "style palette" is open you hardly can use text. if you try to do so
the style palette startes to refresh xxx times a second. if the palette is
closed typing or selecting text works fine.

- i'm still not able to load most of my old documents.

- pagestream still locks after placing a graphic (e.g. a tiff picture)

- "print setup" still misses a "load" and "save as" button

- "print" requester is empty - only the printer name is displayed

thats it so far as a first impression.
