By semi-popular demand (three people , I've added the typesmith file to
the downloads list, and if you reactivate your email address your existing
TypeSmith registration should automatically be copied to your new online
account. However, if your PageStream registrations did not add
automatically, your TypeSmith registration won't either. In which case you
simple need to use the "Add Previous" button on the profile page to add
that registration to your record.
