Hi,

Try this one:

open a new document, import some text with accented characters (like u-umlaut). The characters are correctly displayed (right font), then do a search-replace (I can type the character in the string, although I can't type it in the document): the search function searches for all "u" in the document, and not only for the "u-umlaut"!

Hope this helps

In the Find/Change requester is the "Ignore Accents" option checked? I believe
it is on by default.
