Yes, you do get access to the 4.1 release as well. However, that won't buy you much. The bugs that are being worked out are in the shared Amiga library code, not in PageStream. (Well, for the most part.) The PageStream5.0 features have already been tested and debugged on Linux and Windows. The newest stable release for the Amiga is PageStream4.1 for OS3-68k, which you already have.
