Okay, there are two pieces of information there: the registration number and password. The password for the website is completely separate and different from the "password" used to unlock the application.
On the website go to your profile and look up your product information. It will be something like this:
Product Version Registration Activation PageStream 5.0 ######## xxxxxxxxx
The "registration" column is the registration number.
The "activation" column is the password.
You can always try editing the prefs file by hand. I haven't used an Amiga in years, but I think it keeps the prefs file in the same directory as the PageStream executable. The relevant lines would look like:
USERREGNUM ####### USERPASSWORD xxxxxxxx
If that doesn't work contact sales@pagestream.org or post back to the list -- but it will take Deron or Dan to fix any problems with registration numbers or activation codes. (And please don't post either of them to the list.)
In my opinion PageStream should change the text in the dialog to prompt for "activation code" instead of "password", maybe that would clarify things.
