Just got to thinking that my emails to Christoph have gone unanswered,
and I'm beginning to think that a SPAM trap may be involved. I know
Christoph is on this list, so Christoph if you have not received at
least 3 emails from me in the last 4 weeks then something is wrong!

If you did, just drop me a short note to let me know you got them.
