Hello,

This update was a BIG improvement, at least for me who is using ,
for . in numbers in my local.

Printing now works ok but for one small remaining item:
In Swedish we use åäö/ÅÄÖ in addition to the normal alphabet. When I
use them in pgs they render correctly on screen, but are missing (an
empty space instead) when printed. I have tried UTF8 and several
other, including ISO 8859-1 and ISO 8859-15 with the same result.
Other applications print correctly.

Info for others with ./, problems:
I had to go into print setup and reselect A4 to make the print work.
Probably due to old, incorrect, pagesize saved with older versions.

The render problem for the lower part is much better now. When opening
a new window it renders ok. However if I have the arrow (top tool)
selected and then select another window (Edit Palette or another
program) approximately 2cm in the lower part blanks. Reselecting the
document window does not cure the problem, but slightly moving the
page with the middle mouse button does fix it. On the other hand, if
I have the letter tool (A) selected I can select other windows and
the document window remains intact.

The interaction between vertical and horizontal movement when
scrolling with the mouse wheel I described in another posting remains
the same. Does anyone else have the same behaviour?

In my opinion the most important remaining problem is the inability to
make the program remember the window positions. This makes each new
start of PGS a pain as I have to rearrange the windows as they hide
important parts.

Of course, for us with accents that use åäö the printing of them is
vital. But that may very well be a problem with the settings on my
computer. Anyone else having the same problem?

Thanks Deron for a nice work!

Regards,
Jan

I'll take a look. Probably in the postscript driver. The character set
settings in PageStream prefs would not affect this. They apply to
import/export of text, and to a lesser degree display in string widgets.

And thanks for this and the other feedback!
