G´day

Known: Font popup from edit palette not working
Known: Windows opening in (semi-) random positions on startup

I noted in some of the nav tips a new little icon looking thing (something
like half of a domino)

When you select type > fonts > choose you get the window opening at a
pre-determined size. On enlarging the window the display area enlarges. I
would prefer the list part to enlarge to show more fonts rather than have a
bigger sample.

When printing to file and hitting save, PGS is not remembering the current
path, a bit of a pain when having to navigate through multiple directories
each time one prints.

As someone else reported it is a nuisance when opening a document having to
go through the font substitution window each time when one has converted and
remembered. It does seem to be correctly remembering the substitutions
though. I did have one that wasn´t correct but I can´t be 100% certain that I
chose correctly in the first place. It only happened once and thereafter all
font substitutions appeared correctly.

When clicking on the advance page button (either direction) there is a long
delay before anything happens.

View invisibles not implemented yet?

That´s all I can remember at the moment. So ´til later

Probably unknown characters. The tips file is in windows format. I'll have
to convert it to UTF-8.

For now I'll get the font section to be larger to start with. I personally
like being able to make the display area larger in some cases.

PageStream never has remembered that file path Smile Nothing new. I have the
code about half way in. Maybe next release.

Once I figure out what the best default fonts are for styles, we can make
most of this go away.

That is the time it takes to draw the page.

Hmm. Should be, but I can't say that I've checked it!

Thanks for the feedback!

Thanks. Maybe you could make the top and bottom halves resizeable, you know
with one of those drag-bar thingys. That would give the best of both worlds.
Bigger list when desired and bigger diplay when you´ve found the font you
want.

Was sure it did. Maybe I was thinking of the ¨save as¨ for documents.

Something else to report. Using the border tool means instant crash. Maybe
it´s not implemented yet. If so ghosting the tool would help.

All up, wonderful progress.
