I think I've figured out at least part of PgS Linux's problem with Font
Substitution and it forgetting fonts. The target font for conversion or
display changes, at the least, when the system font list changes. This still
doesn't explain how a conversion from Ding-Normal to Dingbat Regular, set to
remember, becomes a display as (in this case to Classical Garamond).
