G´day

Thw Linux version doesn´t support PNG (yet) so when you open an old document
(Amiga version) with PNG images in it, what is it you see and what do you
print and what do you export? Does it only mean you can´t put new PNG images
in a document?

I guess I am mainly concerned with the resolution of the output. Printing an
old document doesn´t appear tp be printng a lower resolution than the
original Amiga output.

Hi,

PageStream doesn't support PNG on any platform. If you are using Wolf
Faust's filters on the Amiga, then you can import PNG files. If you leave
the file external, it won't be able to load it on another platform (Linux,
Windows, or Mac).

However, if you make the picture internal, you can load/save all day. No
problem.

Resolution of any pictures you import will not be changed by loading the
document on another platform.
