SmallCaps not uses extended character set _in printout_. On screen all
is right.

I'm not sure what you are talking about. Are you saying that some
characters don't print in small caps, or that all characters don't print?
Can you print a postscript file to disk and send it to me at
support@grasshopperllc.com?

I have sent example of document and pdf file. Error is in tab-centered
smallcaps-ed text.
