I would recommend contacting SuSE technical support about this. As far as I have been able to determine liblinc is a part of Gnome used by/for Orbit.
Checking on my own system I see that I also have /opt/gnome/lib/liblinc.so -> liblinc.so.1.0.0 so maybe you could try making a .so link as well?
