Wow! What a Christmas present! Printing & Signature printing work! Duplex
works (with Duplex off, a single sheet does print on the opposite side of the
paper?)! Polygons print with all sides! Window "x" close gadget works
without crashing! At least "Deco 1" border prints to a PostScript 3 printer.
Tips now print without double blank characters (using UTF-Cool! Thanks again,
Deron!
I'm glad "admfubar" made the comment about 2.10. I finally tried to download
Linux PgS 2.9 (download page) and found that it was indeed pointing to 2.10!
I haven't found any reason to hide this upgrade!

Thanks for the kind words Gary! Of course, lots of these things worked in
5.0.1.37, just I think that the 5.0.2 series is about ready for non-beta
status. 2.10 certainly has more to offer than prior releases, and hopefully
has no (new?) downsides. I'm really happy with the improvements made like
font prefs and the truetype improvements.

I've switched from 5.0.1.37 to 5.0.2.10 -- the only failings I'm aware of are
either not unique to it or are cosmetic. And the benefits are considerable:

1. full duplex options
2. polygon correct printing again
3. border printing again
4. on-screen gradients
5. font prefs

to name just the big ones off the top of my head.

??? I'm a little confused. I emailed in answer to Tim's post about his
using Linux 5.0.2.10. I can't find it on DL page. Your answer makes no
sense to me.

The confusion comes from links being updated without the text on the page
being changed.

If you go to the PgS web site and click the Downloads link at the top or on
the right side then click on the link for the version of PgS you are
interested in, "normal" or Pro, then you will have a product download page.
The download link points to the latest version, 5.0.2.10.

Thanks, my dependable Amiga/Linux friend. I may holler for help
again...installing & opening PgS Linux has not been my best work on a
computer ;^(.

The main download page still says 2.9. Just go ahead and click on it and it
will take you to the actual page that has the files on it and you will see
there that you have the 2.10 download.
