I tried r8a on the pc at work (Pentium II - 128 Meg RAM - Windows NT 4.0 sp3 - postscript printer on network)
I managed to clarify the save crash bug a bit. It seems to only happen (today, at least) when using "save" over an existing file. When I did "save as" and chose an unused file name it seems to save okay.
Backup copies still don't work here. Simple boxes and helvetica page in black and white crashes in PDF export.
The printer orientation problem I had at home with my non-postscript Deskjet printer went away at work with the postscript printer here. With Windows I didn't think that that would be a problem. Hmmm.
One more thing - the tab window also suffers from a refresh problem when it is re-sized. F10 refresh would be VERY useful. (Now I just change the page back and forth, which refreshes the document page.)
Question: what is the equivalent with Windows PGS of the control key in Amiga PGS? Besides F10 refresh, I miss things like <ctrl>t (tabs), <ctrl>a (font attr), <ctrl>l (line & fill in text mode).

P.S. Does r8b look like it will be ready for testing soon? (salivate salivate)
