Finally figured out how to read! But when I resize either the Document or
Page windows their respective insides turn to gray.

Also the slide bar, on the right of the Page pallette, is distorted and
doesn't really appear.

When I create a new master page, and I wish the font size and style to be
restricted do I set both of these in their respective windows when that master
page is selected?

I notice that when I double click upon the GOTO page selector, then choose a
page from my document or choose one of the master pages, then say OK that the
same window essentially re-appears and I need to make the same selection again.
then have to click on OK again.

I'm sorry, I don't understand what you are asking here.

Well, this is because you double clicked. The buttons need only be clicked
once.
