Hi,
I know I've mentioned this before but I want to make sure is being fixed.
When I print more than one page of a document that is larger than 8.5x11
only the first page prints correctly, the remaining pages are printed
offset (up for legal up and to the right for tabloid).
This happens when printing to my postscript printer (laserjet 6mp
(8.5x14)) or printing to file (11x17) using "Printer File". If I
view/convert the .PS file with distiller/acrobat the pages are also
offset. If I view the .ps file with Ghostscript the pages are correct.

I already gave it a try. I copied this once more:

Somebody (and it was you) wrote that the size of the page differs with
the one he wrote in PGS (I had that problem too).
Now to print by creating a PostScript file with a ppd then there could
be something wrong.

Now the changes:
I now use the Adobe PDF printer driver which comes with Adobe Acrobat.
Michael Merkel did give me a link for version 5 (which does not differ
very from version 7).
Here is the link:
http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=204
<http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=204>

Now you should be sure to use A4 (pagesize in PageStream) in the used
printerdriver AND in Acrobat Distiller!
This one gives me the correct size (A4), and no offset.

You can change A4 to any pagesize you like, but be assure to use that
pagesize in PGS AND in the printerdriver AND in Distiller.
If one of them differs you get an offset.

Hi Paul,

I've seen your report, and in the past I have tested it via Ghostscript
and it worked just fine. I'll have to get some legal sized paper to try
printing it. I just presumed it was something else (which it could still
be).

Can you tell me how much the files are offset in each direction? I would
guess that legal would be offset 1.5" vertically, and tabloid 4.25"
horizontally?

Hi Dan,

The Legal sized page is offset by 1.5" Vertically
The tabloid page is offset by 1.25" Horizontally and 4" vertically
(Just to clarify: If I print each page one at a Time they print
correctly. If I print "all" only the First page prints correctly)

All the pages Look correct with Ghostscript on my system as well.
If I convert the file to PDF with Ghostscript, It Loads up correctly in
acrobat.

Correction
The Offset for the 11x17 is 1.25 horizontally and 3" vertically
