I have installed version 5.02.10 and version 5.03.04 In both of these
versions I have noticed that lines that I have drawn in projects using
version 4.xx.xx pro come our short in the version 5.xx.xx. Why is this?

I am also having prolems with my printer. I am using an Epson Color
Stylus 880. In version 5.02.10 the last two inches of text/picture
are not printed at all in color. This occurs with or without the
corrected printer driver.

In version 5.03.04 the correction printer driver reversed the negative
image to a positive one, except that the color yellow is not printed,
only cyan and magenta.

While I'm at it, Is there a way to convert my pagestream files to a
format that a printer that doesn't have PageStream (which seams to be
every one that I have talked to!) can use directly for printing?

Deron may be off the Net as he moves to South Dakota, so here's one
user's solution for the file sharing question FWIW...

I've had good success sharing my PgS files as PDFs: File/save as PDF;
options include color/grayscale and various compression options - I've
never changed the latter.

My only complaint is that PgS's "Save as PDF" doesn't subset fonts
(embed only the characters the document requires), so files can be very
large with as much as 85% of the space taken up with embedded fonts.
Adobe Acrobat Pro lets me remove the fonts entirely (no use if the file
contains nonstandard fonts) but not subset them to reduce the file size.

No, they are not short, though they are shorter than in PGS 4.
All versions before PGS 5 had a wrong approach to set the length of a
line (with arrows).
So, a lot of work for you!

I can't help you with that.
But only with color? Black and white are OK?
And all the other programs can come closer to the bottom of the paper?

Be sure that you deselect: Faster Output (Beta), when printing in color.
The Faster Output gives me also wrong colors!

PDF is, almost a very good, solution. Print as a PostScript file (=
file!, not a printer) with a PPD that Adobe Acrobat has come with
(ADPDF#K.PPD with # the version of Acrobat, now 7, but in the near
future Cool. Adobe Distiller change that .ps file into .pdf. file.
Some do that with some internet sites (instead of Acrobat).
You can also print as bitmap (a document with several pages does provide
several bitmaps, for each page one bitmap).
