- entered formula into GUI
- select "OK
GUI disappears and Nothing is inserted

2-
- Select "Insert Formula"
- entered formula into GUI
- click "Update" (GUI is updated)
- select "OK"
GUI disappears and Nothing is inserted

3-
- Select "Insert Formula"
- entered formula into GUI
- select "Edit"
- Font Attributes GUI appears
- Click "OK"
PGS crashes with the following message:
"PageStream5Pro.exe has encountered a problem and
needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
(If "Cancel" is clicked in the Font Attribute GUI PGS does not crash)

4-
- Select "Insert Formula"
- entered formula into GUI
- select "Show Bounding Boxes"
PGS crashes with the following message:
"PageStream5Pro.exe has encountered a problem and
needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
