The page displayed is super wide, with everything stretched out horizontally.
When I print, everything shows up correctly but not when editing.

Is there a setting somewhere I'm missing?

My first guess would be to check out File->System Prefs->Screen to set the x & y dpi of the screen.

I'll try to find the xy DPI for this monitor, but I doubt that's the issue.

The rest of the UI appears to be working correctly, buttons are square etc. but the page editor window is not.
If I draw a 1x1" box, it appears with correct height but twice as wide. The horizontal ruler is definitely wider per inch than the vertical.

I stand corrected!

I found the dpi info from the manufacturer and it fixed the issue
