if I look that the Dutch library is almost 2 MB, and the Finish is, say, 400 kB, then it is obvious that hyphenations isn't that good. See the http://www.pagestream.org/?action=Downloads page. More words, hyphened words are expanding the library.
BTW, did you install the Finish one? If you did, then you need to to do what Deron told you in his mail. Alternative you can look for a good Finish text library with the more words, the better. And what you want, the hyphened word list, is maybe a little more difficult to find. Don't mind what they use for a hyphen though, you can always replace that character by the PGS hyphen character.
If you find those, I (or Deron) can help you to make PGS does a better hyphen job.
BTW, I made the hyphen word list for the Dutch library. And even recent one is waiting somewhere on Deron's desk .
