When I print my document from pagestream, all the image colors are right on. What's on the screen, is printed exactly. But, any gradients files on boxes I have are wrong. i.e. a box that is filled with blue on the screen prints purple on the print job.

Can you tell us on what platform you work and which PGS version. When you make a bitmap, does the colors come out right? Theo Op 5-1-2012 19:29, Gord Clink schreef: -- |

It is PGS 5.0.5.8 Pro on Windows platform. Bitmaps print properly, but any color fills using the built in tools are wrong. ________________________________ From: PageStreamSupport@yahoogroups.com on behalf of Theo Zweers

I do not many printings on paper. Mostly pdf's, or bitmaps. Can you send me, privately, an ilus? Theo Op 5-1-2012 20:59, Gord Clink schreef:

I did a test, and if I use a PCL driver, it prints with the right colors, but if I use postscript driver, the fill are off. I would just use the PCL driver from now on, but the postscript has more options that I need and provides for enhanced resolution.

Well, I cannot help you with this. I have no PostScript printer. Just a PDF, a sort of subset of postscript, cannot handle fills. So I suppose Theo Op 5-1-2012 21:42, Gord Clink schreef:

My suggestion would be to make sure you are using RGB colors, and not Deron

That is an interesting differential. In addition to what Theo and Deron said you might check the different printer driver color settings, making sure to look at all of them (often hidden in advanced settings tab). Just to see what happens, if nothing else resolves the issue, you might try printing to a bitmap file (png format is good) and see what the results look like.
