Due to my lack of sense of humor, I was not able to figure out your reply.

I can not find a bullets menu of any sort.

Hopefully, the reply will be a little more straight forward.

Thanks

Joe

The following is from PageStream help:

Paragraph Type

You can change the paragraph type to bulleted to have PageStream
automatically insert a bullet at the beginning of a paragraph, you can
change the paragraph type to be incrementally numbered, and you can
change the paragraph type to drop cap to have PageStream automatically
insert a drop cap at the beginning of a paragraph.

*To make a paragraph bulleted:* Choose Paragraph Format from the Type
menu to display the Paragraph Format dialog box. Select Bulleted from
the Type pop-up menu. Choose a font from the Font pop-up menu and enter
a character into the Character text box. Special characters can be
easily entered by clicking on the Browse button. Click OK.

I hope this helps,

Jim

Joe,

A bullet is usually just another character in PageStream.
If the font that you are using has a bullet, you can use the menu item
Type/Insert/Character to insert the bullet character at the cursor when you
are typing.

You can also use the mnemonic shortcuts:
In Windows it's CTRL - C
and the mnemonic for bullet is b u
(see Special Characters in the PageStream help file)

Ok, after you have typed the text you want bulleted, highlight it.
Goto the top menu, Type
Scroll down to Attributes or Paragraph Format (both will give you access to
the next section)
Click on the Type selector and choose Bulleted
Click on the Character selector to choose the font and Bullet character

I've never used bullets with PageStream, but your query made me curious.

If you'd be satisfied with a big round black spot, Type > Insert > Character
on my Amiga version of 5.0.8.8 Pro allows me to put one in from Bitstream
Vera Serif Roman. I tried a couple three other fonts, and they have that
same thing. I didn't look to see what Ding might offer.
