Hi all,

I posted my reply about 5 hours ago, but it has not shown up in the
latest group of responses on this topic. Maybe there is some kind of
delay (maybe it's all that distance over stormy seas from Australia to
wherever the rest of you are! Smile ).

Anyway, my conclusion is that the setting I had in mind can only have
been the 'Faster Output (Beta)' one. My recollection was that printing
on a Windows printer wouldn't work unless that option was turned off
(unchecked): we were advised about that, probably by Deron, but maybe by
someone like Tim Doty. That was all perhaps a decade or more ago,
though, and maybe that option has been fixed since then. Anyhow, I have
always had it turned off and my printer works just fine. I have the X &
Y offsets set to zero, the Printer setting to 'Windows', and the
associated 'Windows Setup' has my printer - an Epson Stylus Photo R350 -
selected.

Beyond that, I regret that I can give no other advice. How frustrating
it must be to know that the Windows printer option works well for some
people but not for you. It just doesn't make sense. At the moment, I
haven't updated to Windows 10 (from Windows 7) for fear of tempting fate
with PageStream.

I wish you all the best.

Malcolm

Michael,

Yahoo is hopeless! You (and I) are never sure if a mail will reach
PageStreamSupport(@yahoogroups.com).
And yes, your message made it. I have several waiting to be published
(double ones).

Faster Output (Beta): I think you only get wrong colors when you select
that. Anyway, it is worth a try!

Theo - in the hope Yahoo accept my mail...
