File, Print Setup..., <Bitmap File>.
Well this is an easy one: I use it all the time (more or less). It is what it says, the outcome is a bitmap (bmp, iff ilbm, jpeg, png, pcx, pict or tiff). If you have a document containing several pages, be sure to select at 'Which: Page' if you want only one page you are looking at. Save it (it is a bitmap!). Give it a name with (!) the extension you are wanting to use (bmp, iff ilbm, jpeg, png, pcx, pict or tiff).
It gives a correct bitmap which you can print. Even better (sometimes) than a pdf and printing that pdf (has something to do with shades of color, which aren't always correct in the pdf-output)!
Theo - has made a new email, seeing if this works better than replying. But, maintaining the thread continuity!
