Hi Dick,
I think that you installed PageStream on your c-disk.
You should not do this for PGS. It has something to do with rights
(see: appropriate permissions). See it as a feature of PGS, you
can install PGS anywhere (but your c-disk).
Now delete PGS from your c-disk.
Install PGS on your data-disc (E-disc?), or even a USB-drive.
After that just double-click on the Pagestream5.exe. It should now
be working (well almost) as before.
You should also install Python 2.# (not Python 3.#!!!). Place the
PGS-icon on your desktop window or attach it onto your toolbar.
Find your missing fonts...

See also my user contribution on that page, if something doesn't
work: to temporarily disable Pagestream5.ini.
Oh, well. I see that I can't see Pagestream5.ini in my Windows
10. You, and I, must show hidden files
( http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/show-hidden-files#show-hidden-files=windows-7).
And found it again:
C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\PageStream5
Ah, it is at the same (well I could be fooled with my Dutch
language computer) as Windows 7 (and probably Windows 8).
Does this help?

[PageStreamSupport]:
When I first updated to Windows 10, PageStream 5 Pro
worked fine. Something happened and I had to format my hard
disk and return to Windows 7. I again updated to Windows 10
and tried to restore PageStream from my PageStream account.
After downloading I proceeded to Unzip the downloaded Zip
files. When trying to store the Unzipped files I received the
attached error message. Does anyone have an idea of what my
problem is and a solution?
