For what it's worth. . .   I had copied all of my fonts from a backup folder to C:\Windows\Fonts and added that to the PgS Installed Fonts tool. Doing what Deron said and deleting the Font info file from Users\Roaming\Pagestream and restarting brought back FlareSerif821BT, But no Bible Script.

So I added the "MyFonts folder to the Installed Fonts list in PgS and now all of my fonts show up. Apparently it's a "no-no" to just copy fonts into the Windows\Fonts drawer.
