Hi Deron, and all,

Is there any current news that is noteworthy, or any other (polite) comment to brush the cobwebs from this support group about the progress for our only partially functioning version 5.0.5.8 of PageStream for the Amiga?

Noteworthy? That is subjective, but I'll tell you what is up. I did find
a great person to help with the Amiga version, and they are waiting now
for me to get a secure server setup where we can collaborate on the
PageStream libraries. Would be easy, but our current ISP doesn't support
the features we need, and I am in the process of moving our domains to
the new server (which screwed up the new PageStream site design as well
and and and). So like everything, it seems to get more complicated by
the moment...

That sounds like great news! I hope it works out for you both. It really
would help both yourselves and the Amiga market to have a native PPC
version working properly.

cheers

I would rather have a native 68k version that works at all.

That said, version 4 is still very useful.

Toynbee the historian noted the strongest civilizations were those who
met the challenges they faced. I never found consolation in that or
that my problems were building my character, but then I did have
incentive to get it done.Smile Good Luck and may all the logistics work
well.
