Perhaps this is a known bug and I've forgotten about it, but: the document
palette does not show the name of the master page or the chapter. Makes it a
bit difficult to navigate meaningfully, such as to remove excess chapters
from an append document action :^)

It occured to me that clicking on a master page in the document palette might
reveal the name so I tried this. Big mistake, it grabbed the page without
revealing the name and wanted to drop it some place else. I eventually
clicked on the document root icon and PgS, after thinking for a bit,
seg-faulted.
