In PGS 4.1.6.30 I cannot find important IMHO detail. When I import any
huge graphic it is placed on center of page and is more to big. Before,
there was possible to place initialy position and size of it with mouse.
Where I can set this behavior now?

You can set that in preferences in the files panel.

In PGS 5.0.1.30 the files prefs do not allow this.

In PGS 5.0.1.30 (Windows) the files prefs do not allow this.
Is this OK?

Opps. You are correct. Same for 4.1.6. Fixed in next release.
