Hi Deron,

I have been using the 5.0.1.35 Pro version on SuSE 9.1 for about a month now
and must admit it is rock solid. It is taking me back to my (good old) Amiga
days.

I tried Scribus, once - - - it is light years behind PGS...

I have done several small projects and most functions work great in PGS 5 Pro.

Q? I have a question...we cannot change the colors of the Borders?
They are mainly Black and white only. (some gray)

The export to PDF problem I had experienced was not a PGS issue.
I am printing to Postscript with "Precision".

I really like PageStream and am re-familiarizing myself with it's multitude of
capabilities.

Thanks for a great product at a 'Reasonable' price (unlike much of the greedy
world).

John

Everyone got the Pro version who originally ordered and participated in all
the flurry of testing/fixing.

Actually, I think Anders is just exiting, not crashing.

I'm not familiar with all the theme names in KDE. Is Baghira a theme name?
If so, it is something I can try. I've never been able to reproduce the
random window placement problem.

You should still have access to the latest release of 4.1 (4.1.6.36).

The bugzilla tracking system is certainly easier for me, and we have the
instructions and links on our website now, but I've never refused bug
reports from the lists. Also, you will see that I have released a couple
versions lately for 4.1, and more are coming.

So what are the bugs that are stopping you from using PageStream? Any one
else have a list of bugs/pet peeves?

To change the color of a border select it and click on the FX button in the
edit palette. Most borders a monochrome, some are two-tone. It just depends
on the design.
