I had had a problem for some time (maybe always?) opening files with filenames
containing the Danish letters æ, ø or å. If I try to place a picture nemed
rønne.jpg nothing happens, but if I reneme the same file to ronne.jpg I can
open it.

I also found out, that I can't make an "é" in the latest version of PGS. It is
displayed as "e" and also prints like "e"
