In PgS 5.0.3.4 a paragraph that has "50% spacing before" has that applied even
when at the top of a second column in a frame resulting in extraneous white
space. I don't remember this being the case in previous versions.

And it still isn't the case! I can't reproduce this! Neither 2 column
text frames, or two 1 column text frames linked.

Is something else at play here?

I dunno, looks pretty clear cut here. I did try it in 5.0.3.3 and it does the
same thing. If I get a chance I'll do some more analysis and see what I can
find.
